A Multidisciplinary Neuromuscular Clinic for Queensland
The Neuromuscular Alliance Queensland was formed for the purpose of spearheading the drive for a coordinated multidisciplinary neuromuscular clinic for the people of Queensland. The NMAQ is comprised of a diverse range of allied health professionals, as well as representatives from organisations such as MontroseAccess, Muscular Dystrophy Queensland, Duchenne Foundation and SMA Association Australia.
Since its inception in January 2010, the NMAQ has been involved in the development of a business proposal to the Queensland Government for the establishment of a neuromuscular clinic at the Royal Children's and Mater Children's Hospitals in Brisbane, as well as a proposal for the funding of regular allied community clinics at MontroseAccess' Corinda and Strathpine offices.

He was a very generous philanthropist and contributed enough money to build the first new residential wings at Corinda.
