Referral Information

MontroseAccess receives a large number of referrals each year. The organisation cannot accept all referrals and follows an admission process to ensure our client’s needs are met with the highest quality of service.

In offering a place to a client, we consider what is in the best interest of the client concerned, the availability of services we can provide to meet the needs of the client, and whether other service providers that specialise in a particular condition may be more suitable.

All client admissions are at the discretion of MontroseAccess after thorough review of the client’s condition and our ability to meet the service requirements.

Client Contribution

MontroseAccess is an independent not for profit organisation without political or religious affiliation. Our funding is obtained through government grants and fundraising activities, so we rely on community and family support to continue our work. There is an increasing gap between the cost of providing our services and the level of funding received from the government. To address this ongoing deficiency, families are asked to contribute $250 per year for each client receiving our service. If your only source of family income is from Centrelink you will not be asked to make a contribution. Payments can be made in a manner that best suits your situation, including instalments though direct deposits.

The contribution is important for the organisation and assists us in continuing to provide a range of high quality services and we thank you for your support.
